5 Earn OWQA Scholarships   OWQA will provide $500 scholarships to five students this year. Receiving support will be: Mark Chrisman of Washington Court House (Chrisman Water Conditioning); Alison Keener of Toledo (Toledo Water Conditioning); Annie Keener of Toledo (Toledo Water Conditioning); Nicholas Kovach of Norwalk (Culligan of Northern Ohio) and Stephen Triola of Akron (Kinetico, Inc.). A total of 9 applications were received by OWQA.     OWQA Supports Research Foundation   OWQA has contributed $1,000 to support the Water Quality Research Foundation. The WQRF functions as an indepdendent research organization to conduct and fund scientific research on subjects relating to the water quality improvement industry.
